SPIRITS
Unopened Spirits
Unopened spirits that are free of defects do not qualify for an exchange or refund. Items with damaged labels or packaging cannot be returned for a refund.

Opened and Defective Spirits
Defective spirits may be exchanged for a bottle of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, we will provide the retail price difference in addition to any applicable taxes. We do not offer store credit.

All returned items will be evaluated by our staff to confirm any defects. All returns must be accompanied by a store receipt within 14 days of purchase.

WINE AND SAKE
Unopened Wine and Sake
Wine and sake need to be stored properly in order to ensure their quality. Since we cannot ensure that these items are stored properly once they leave our store, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on unopened wine or sake. Items with damaged labels or packaging cannot be returned for a refund.

Opened and Defective Wine and Sake
If you open a bottle and discover that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, we will provide the retail price difference in addition to any applicable taxes. We do not offer store credit or refunds. Your return must be accompanied by the original bottle, its contents and the cork so that the defect can be verified.

Wine that is more than 10 years old and special order items are sold as is can not be returned for a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
In-Store Purchases or Deliveries

Bring your items back to Oak and Barrel within 14 days of purchase along with your original store receipt.

Shipped Items
If your item(s) was shipped to you, please contact us to find out whether the item(s) can be shipped back to us.  Repackage the item in its original packaging and ship the item within 14 days with use the prepaid UPS/FEDEX shipping label to return the item:

Returned bottles must contain the contents with the original cork in order to verify the defect. If we authorize the return for a non-defective bottle(s), you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring that the returned item(s) arrive in their original state. All returned bottles will be subject to staff evaluation prior to honoring any reimbursements or exchanges.
