The 2015 Chablis Villages has a refined and well defined bouquet with hints of yellow flower permeating the citrus fruit, tightly coiled at first, but unfolding in the glass. The palate is well balanced, harnessing the precocity of the vintage, but keeping everything controlled by the acidity; it is a little resinous towards the finish, which delivers a spine-tingling lemongrass tang. As good a village cru as you will find in this vintage.
