From the traditional region of Valdobbiadene in the heart of Veneto, Altaneve produces one of the top proseccos, made from 100% glera. From manual harvesting on the steep hillside vineyards, to the extended fermentation within the winemaking facilities, Altaneve drinks much more like a champagne than a typical prosecco or cava, yet maintains bright and fresh fruit notes in the nose as well as the palate. The Rose blends 70% pinot nero and 30% glera and offers delicate and vibrant aromas of red fruits and flowers, making it a great pairing for shrimp or lobster cockail.
