Heitz Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc ($22.99): Tautly structured and lightly refreshing, this wine is an outstanding expression of high-toned stone fruit, lime and salt. The texture is seamless and round, with a lasting streak of juicy acidity.

Vigneti a Prua Rossese Riviera Ligura ($23.99): From the Italian Riviera best known for pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and great shellfish, this light, exuberant red has aromas of fresh strawberries, with a refreshing, mineral-driven finish that drinks like spring in a bottle and captures the essence of the Mediterranean.

Santi Solane Valpolicella Ripasso ($17.99): Cherry, spice and earth drive the Solane on the bouquet as well as the palate. The wine is medium in body, soft in the mouth and finishes clean and dry. This wine shows the elegant, drier style of Ripasso.

Big Basin Homestead ($29.99): A blend from various cool climate vineyards throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey, this Rhone blend has incredible texture and finesse, with loads of black and red fruits on the nose, a rich palate, yet a refreshing, soft finish. One of the best new producers in California.
