Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rose ($19.99): This Sancerre Rose, from a top producer in the region, is a pale salmon pink color with a subtle nose of fresh berries. On the palate, the wine is delicate and elegant with layers of herb, strawberry and a clean, crisp finish.
El Cota Rioja Crianza ($12.99): This 100% Tempranillo shows layers of fresh raspberries, cherry, cedar and spice typical of a classically styled Rioja. This is all wrapped up in a vanilla and leather-laden package that is medium in body and sports a long, soft finish.
Big Basin Homestead ($29.99): A blend from various cool climate vineyards throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey, this Rhone blend has incredible texture and finesse, with loads of black and red fruits on the nose, a rich palate, yet a refreshing, soft finish. One of the best new producers in California.
