Lewis Pasco Project BDX ($24.95): Lewis Pasco Project BDX is a bordeaux style blend from the Judean Hills in Israel. Bright cherry to the eye, this wine has a nose of cassis and aniseed. It is soft on entry, with slowly building tannins that support flavors of blackberry, white chocolate, licorice and violet. It is smooth in the mouth with a gently lingering finish.
