Featuring flavors of Seckel pear, honeysuckle and anise seed, it is bright on entry, goes through a short cool phase, and then brings the brightness back with a finish that includes lingering notes of white peach.
Borgo Reale Montepulciano d’Abruzzo ($14.99):
This kosher Montepulciano show nots of plums and black fruit on the nose. It is medium-bodied with juicy black cherry, raspberry and cranberry leading into a soft and round finish. Great pairing with grilled meats.
Cantina Giuliano Chianti ($18.99): A ruby red color with aromatic and fresh nose with notes of cherries, raspberries and spices. Dalton Shiraz ($22.99): Dalton Shiraz is dark almost black in colour, the nose is intense with black fruit, plums, berries, liquorice, and pepper tones. The wine has soft integrated tannins and a long finish. This Shiraz is a very concentrated wine with a long aging potential.
