Goose Bay Sauvignon Blanc ($21.99): Goose Bay Sauvignon Blanc is produced using grapes harvested in New Zealand’s famous Marlborough district. The long cool growing season and clay soils have contributed incredible citrus fruit flavors and a crisp texture to this wine. Serve alongside fish cheeses and freshly baked breads.
Barkan Classic Malbec ($12.99): Barkan Classic Malbec is a plush and textured wine that carries a robust tannic structure with overtones of plum and luscious fruit. Pairs well with any Barbecue.
Tabor Adama Cabernet Sauvignon ($19.99): Aromas of raspberry, black cherry and a hint of jalapeño lead the way for flavors of black cherry, Dr Pepper, eucalyptus and butterscotch. Despite good acid balance and a bright finish, eucalyptus notes outweigh fruit flavors.
Carmel Winery Mediterranean ($62.99): This is a Mediterranean inspired blend. The grape varieties are Carignan, Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah and a little Viognier, which have been cherry picked from Carmel’s finest vineyards from all over Israel, including the Upper Galilee, Zichron Ya’acov, Judean Hills and the Negev. The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. It has a deep purple color, with an aroma of black cherries, spices, leather and truffles. The wine is elegant, well-balanced and has been made for cellaring. The drawing on the label is of Carmel’s Zichron Ya’acov Wine Cellars.
