Honig started producing their own estate grown wines in 1980. They were a small production winery that only made Napa Sauvignon Blanc. Later in the 80’s they branched out into making their own Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. They have continued to focus on just these two grapes allowing them to produce hand crafted wines that are sure to impress.
