Cane & Fable ‘The Fableist’ 373 Cabernet Sauvignon ($25.99): A collaboration of winemakers from Sans Liege and Field Recordings, this lush red features notes of tobacco and cassis on the nose, with ripe purple and black fruit on the palate and a lengthy suave finish.
Folkway Deviator Semillon ($19.99): With a subdued but evocative nose, and a gorgeous golden color, this unique white wine delivers complexity and intensity throughout. Marzipan and dried fig are showcased on a lively palate with a balanced finish
Drovers Pinot Noir ($22.99): The aromas are bright, with lean cherry, rose petal, and mineral. The palate is a bit more generous, with a supple mouthfeel, medium body, and silky tannin. Sweet-tart red cherry and currant as well as vibrant smoky herbs and white pepper.
Dragonette Pinot Noir ($46.99): Beautifully aromatic, with notes of fresh cherry, raspberry, and strawberry along with intense floral notes of hibiscus, baking spices of cardamom, cacao and vanilla. On the palate the wine is medium bodied and silky, with waves of complex ripe red fruits complicated by notes of rhurbarb, fresh herbs and a slight smokiness.
