US AND FRENCH WINES

December 10, 2015

Husch Sauvignon Blanc Mendocino ($16.99):
High tones of tropical and citrus fruits carry this wine aromatically, while more subtle tones of melon, limestone, and fresh cut grass add depth and ongoing interest. Beautifully rich and crisp, this wine leaves your palate refreshed.

Sautereau Sancerre Rose ($21.99):
The Sautereau family has been making wine for the past ten generations. With their great experience in the vineyard and their perfect knowledge of the terroir, this rose sancerre is fruity, dry and crisp. It has a classic elegance and is best served chilled.

Chateau Bibian Listrac Medoc 2004 ($25.99):
The vines for this wine grow in a beautiful terroir which consists of clay-chalk and garonnaise gravels. The varietals include mostly merlot, cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot. This wine is a beautiful blend with dark plum, cherries and oak aromas. Medium in body, great value wine from left bank of bordeaux.

Luc Pirlet Syrah-Mourvedre ($12.99):
With a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Mourvedere, this deep almost black colored wine holds bouquet of intense viiolet rose, fruity and spicy against a background of vanilla. Opulent, vinous and balanced. Pair with Spicy dishes, red meat, venison and strong flavoured cheese.
