Carema Classico 2011 ($24.99):
The 2011 Carema is a great example of Nebbiolo from this tiny appellation in Northern Piedmont. Pedigreed and wonderfully lifted in the glass, the 2011 offers tons of nuance in its hints of dried cherries, crushed flowers, mint, spices and tobacco.
