Raventos i Blanc L’hereu ($21.99):
With 40% Macabeo, 35% Xarello and 25% Parellada from the variety of calcareous soil and biodynamic estate vineyards, this conca del riu anoia has autolytic aromas with complex fruit profile on the palate. Very fine bubbles, moderately creamy texture and quite a lengthy finish.

Ipsum Rueda Verdejo ($12.99):
Pale yellow. High-pitched citrus fruit and floral aromas show good clarity. Dry and nervy, offering a refreshingly bitter quality to the taut lemon and lime flavors. Closes tight and precise, with resonating mineral and citrus zest notes.

Rosso Conero Le Terrazze ($19.99):
A brilliant ruby red, on the nose it is intense and fruity with ripe red fruits, a perfect example of classic Montepulciano-wines from this region. Rich, full-bodied, warm, fresh, with soft tannins and a long finish.

Altos Las Hormigas Reserva Malbec ($28.99):
Concentrated and cut, displaying layers of macerated blueberry, cassis, black peppercorn and flint on a full frame. Silky tannins and undertones of game and mocha line the savory finish.
