Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Rose ($19.99): This Sancerre Rose is a pale salmon pink color with a subtle nose of fresh berries. On the palate, the wine is delicate and elegant with layers of herb, strawberry and a clean, crisp finish.

Domaine Verdier Muscadet Sevre et Maine ($12.99):  This is a fresh and beady wine with an aroma of fruits and flowers while young (apricot, hawthorn). Mineral and iodine flavors emerge, as well as an aroma of fresh melon. Delicious with seafood, such as oysters, lemon sole, crayfish and grilled fish, as well as with goat and other fresh cheeses.

Domaine Champalou Vouvray Sec ($19.99): This Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley is Sec or completely dry.  The nose shows notes of flowers and lemon peel.  The palate is medium and sleek, but shows an intesity of green apple, pear and touch of dried herbs.  This all leads into a crisp and long mouth-watering finish.

Bernard Baudry Chinon ‘Les Grezeaux’ ($29.99): This medium-bodied Chinon is one of the benchmarks in Loire, combining the mineral streak and the soft tones of green herbs, with a density of red and black fruits, all with refreshing acidity and a lingering earth driven finish.
