Ameztoi Txakoli Rose “Rubentis” 2015, Basque ($23.99): A blend of red and white Hondarrabi, this delicious rose expresses the terroir of Basque country intimately. With a touch of natural spritz retained, this minerally, chalky wine has aromas of candied fruits, with a delicate structure and acidity.

Do Ferreiro Rias Baixas Albarino 2015, Galicia ($21.95): One of the few regions in Spain with a maritime climate, Galicia is one of the most exciting winemaking regions in the world. Tempered by the Atlantic Ocean, this albarino has great balance of acidity, minerality and fruit, also with a salinity that makes it a great pairing for shellfish and oysters. Recently mentioned by Eric Asimov’s Wine School in the NYTimes, come taste what the fuss is about!

Poco a Poco Chardonnay 2014, Mendocino County ($24.99): The second label of Porter-Bass Winery in Russian River Valley, this bright chardonnay is sourced from biodynamic vineyards in Mendocino. Fermented in neutral oak with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, this is succulent on the palate and refreshing on the finish.

Evesham Wood Pinot Noir 2014, Willamette Valley ($21.99): The nearly perfect 2014 vintage in Oregon has produced some magnificent wines with incredible consistency. This pinot has it all: juicy red fruit, savory herbs, bright acidity, with depth and length on the palate and finish.
