Ravines Dry Riesling ($19.99): Ravines Dry Riesling is a unique and elegant expression of the Finger Lakes terroir. The bouquet of the wine is delicate with intricate aromas of white flowers mingled with pear, apple and citrus notes followed by a lingering mineral finish and a vibrant acidity.
Los Dos Granache + Syrah ($9.99): A round and rich palate, full of jammy ripe, red fruit with just enough spice to keep it interesting. Cherry and blackberry on the palate with a surprisingly lengthy finish. An ideal wine for making Sangria, pairing with grilled and roasted meats and vegetables or enjoying by itself with friends. Superb value.
Jaeger-Defaix Rully Rouge 1er Cru Preaux ($39.99): Light ruby color. The expressive nose is more complex and a bit more elegant as well with its pretty array of very pinot aromas that are trimmed in discreet wood. There is a finer mouth feel to the delicious, round and attractively textured medium weight flavors.
Seghesio Zinfandel Sonoma 750ml ($25.99) / 375ml ($15.99): From vineyards first planted in 1895, five generations of the Seghesio family have made Zinfandel their calling card in Sonoma. Blended with a small amount of Petite Sirah, this is a full-bodied, structured red with aromas of red and purple fruits, as well as a briary note that makes it extremely food friendly.
