On the very generous palate the Weinbach Cuvee Colette is super-succulent with stunning balance, but on the nose it starts out closed with a hint of funk (reduction). As this blows off, honeycomb, pineapple and summer-meadow aromas slowly build. Super long and super silky finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
