This aged rum from the Philippines is made in small batches. Don Papa Rum is made from molasses as opposed to pure sugar cane giving it a richer texture. Don Papa Rum has honey and vanilla aromas. The palate is mellow with a rich texture and notes of banana and a orange peel. The finish is smooth and sweet making this a great sipping rum.

Excellent
I’ve spent many nights in the Phils letting this rich, complex nectar of the gods send me to paradise. Playing poker one night with a handful of Pinoy buddies we drank 2 bottles Philippine style, passing the bottle and glass around the table drinking in turn. It’s. Just. So. Good.
Drank it in Paris, love at first sight.
