Shirakabe Gura Tokubetsu Junmai 300ml

This Sake is smooth, full-bodied, and extremely well balanced. The rice is polished to 60% and uses exceptionally pure water. It falls in the middle of the sweetness scale but displays a dry nuttiness on the crisp clean finish.
