Every batch of Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is hand-selected by our founders and curated by fifth-generation Master Blender, Victoria Eady Butler, who’s signature is on the back of each bottle. Aged a minimum of 7 years, and bottled at 93-proof, this isa smooth sipping whiskey.
On the nose, honey and warm brown sugar, cedar, orange peel and tobacco flower. Spices of ground ginger and white pepper. On the palate, caramel balanced with spicy wood tannins. Notes of baking chocolate, cigar leaf, nougat and cinnamon. The finish is long and smooth. The cinnamon lingers with dark chocolate, oak tannins and maple syrup.
