UNION MEZCAL CASA UNO 750ML

A collaboration between a group of Oaxacan families who have been making hand-crafted, artisanal mezcal for generations, this version of the Casa Uno is a blend of Espadin and Cirial agaves, some as old as 20 years. The use of traditional fire pits for roasting the pinas gives this joven its characteristic smokey, almost peaty character, that does great with citrus, or even as a substitute for gin in a classic negroni.
