Medium, silky body with a wonderful feel to it. Aromatic blend of citrus, spice, and a lovely taste and mouth feel. Zesty and fresh. Interesting heavy notes from the grain (Breuckelen uses this same mash for their 77 whiskey, which is subsequently aged) coupled with the grapefruit and ginger notes to give it zest and warmth without the overload of Juniper some gins rely on. Smooth, citrusy, with the lemon and rosemary providing lift.
