Aromas of India ink, young black cherry, cocoa and new leather. The taste and texture are wonderful, with the cherries coming through smoothly as well as hints of cocoa and a tinge of leather. The mouth-feel is extremely silky with just the right amount of tannin to keep it from slipping away. Long tart cherry finish. This is a perfect wine for a charcuterie platter.
