This solera aged Brandy from Jeres, home of Sherry, is very rich and full. The nose is filled with notes of creme brulee, vanilla and roasted chestnut from the sherry casks it’s aged in. The solera system used to age this make the average age of this brandy around 15 years. It has a rich heavyweighted palate with complex notes of toffee, cocoa, and creme brulee.
