This Kosher Bordeaux is made from 100% Old-Vine Merlot grown at the top of the slopes in Montagne Saint-Emilion. It displays dark fruit and graphite as well as a touch of dried herbs on the nose. The palate is medium-full with notes of plums balanced by notes of earth and soil. The finish is long and generous with chewy tannins.
