Château Minuty is a benchmark for Provence rosé. It is a typical Provence blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The nose shows plenty of strawberries and raspberries mingling with citrus aromas. The palate is bright and fresh with red fruit, pink grapefruit, and blood orange leading into long mineral finish.
