This ultra-premium mezcal is made in Durango from wild Cenizo agave. Cenizo agave takes up to 15 years to grow and the mineral rich soils where it is grown lead to a rich and complex Mezcal. It is milled by hand, while most agave is milled by a donkey and tahoma. This is true hand crafted mezcal as is the beautifully hand crafted decanter it is sold in. It shows notes of smoke, crisp citrus and features an incredibly smooth finish.
