This bottling from the Chablis AOC is pale lemon in color and reveals aromas of brine, minerals and herbal notes. On the palate it reveals a lovely bone dry, lean and austere style with a crisp and refreshing finish.
A bargain buy. More medium bodied with fresh lingering acidity. Tart and clean silky lemon citrus up front with yellow apple and tart pear but mid palate and finish loses the fruit complexity and disappears.
