Pheasants Tears Chinuri is a clean expression of qvervi whites. The nose shows lemon and orange peel, apricots and honey. The palate shows the same with savory, floral and shows good length.
NOTE: This a natural wine so variance between bottles is to be expected and some effervescence may appear at first when opened.

I found that Pheasants Tears Chinuri is a great introduction to Georgian orange wines. Its got good fruit and and not quite as tannic as other orange wines I’ve tried.
